The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 14 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Central Ohio Logistics Center, Jeffersonville, Ohio (David A. McElwain, manager); Meiko America, Torrance, Calif. (Michael R. Sole, vice president); and Nidsan Shipping, New York (Liaquat U. Begum, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from AG Technical Group, Dallas (Ephraim C. Eke, managing director); Roosevelt Elias, Montgomery, Texas (Roosevelt Elias, sole proprietor); Garces & Garces Cargo Service, Miami (Luis A. Gonzalez, vice president); PNG Worldwide, Lititz, Pa. (Michelle L. Bisesi, chief operating officer); and Seaway Export, Savannah, Ga. (Aleksey Anikin, manager).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Innocent Peter Ajaroh, Richmond, Texas (Innocent Peter Ajaroh, sole proprietor); Mega Shipping, El Monte, Calif. (Yuwei Chen, secretary); and Sermar Enterprises, Miami (Sergio Martinez, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Norman G. Jensen, Minneapolis (Scott Brunclik, assistant vice president); and Novomarine Container Line, Orlando, Fla. (Aleksey Y. Demshin, managing member); and for a name change from DEC Global Logistics, Houston (David Alfaro, vice president).
