TNT POST ACQUIRES MAJORITY INTEREST IN TEI
TNT Post Group NV (TPG) has acquired 51 percent of Thailand’s TEI, a domestic express company. No financial details were released.
TPG says it plans to purchase the remaining 49 percent this summer.
