STOLT-NIELSEN T0 ADD DIRECTORS
Stolt-Nielsen S.A. has nominated Richard W. Fisher, Christen Sveaas and Christopher J. Wright as new members of its board for election in April.
Fisher served as deputy U.S. Trade Representative from 1997 to 2001 with primary responsibility for U.S. trade policy in Asia, Latin America, Mexico and Canada.
Sveaas is a private investor and chairs his own investment company, Kistefos A.S., which invests in shipping, off-shore services, real estate and venture capital.
Wright has been president and chief operating officer of Stolt-Nielsen S.A. since July 1986.
