Broward commissioners reviewing Chiquita-Toyota sublease
The Broward County Commissioners were scheduled to vote Tuesday on a sublease agreement in which Toyota Tsusho America would lease 29,990 square feet of office and warehouse space from Chiquita Fresh North America at Port Everglades Commerce Center.
The agreement would give the Toyota logistics services subsidiary control of the space through Feb. 28, 2008. Toyota Tsusho already operates from the building. The company also has offices on Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami, near Miami International Airport.
