U.S. International Trade Commission ends case against Canadian kosher chicken

   The U.S. International Trade Commission voted Wednesday to end an investigation on imports of kosher chicken from Canada.

   The agency said there is not sufficient evidence to indicate injury to U.S. producers.

   The International Trade Commission began a preliminary investigation on Dec. 1, 2003 after reviewing a petition from Empire Kosher Poultry of Mifflintown, Pa.
