DB Schenker adds DC in Bulgaria
German logistics group DB Schenker said it has started operations at a new cross-dock terminal near outside Sofia, Bulgaria.
The 10 million euro ($12.9 million) facility has two rail sidings for intermodal shipments in addition to truck bays.
Schenker said the new distribution center is already serving customers such as L'Oreal and Viesman with a variety of import and value-added contract logistics services.
