Another carrier leaves U.S./West Africa discussion agreement
The West Africa Discussion Agreement, a carrier group in the U.S./Africa liner shipping trade, will lose P&O Nedlloyd as a member on Nov. 21, only a few weeks after Maersk Sealand and its sister company Safmarine Container Lines also left the agreement.
After P&O Nedlloyd’s departure, the remaining members of the West Africa Discussion Agreement will be Atlantic Bulk Carriers, Ltd. and HUAL A/S.
