FMC reviews 16 OTI license applications, revokes 10
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
The agency received 12 non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications: United Container Line, Miami, Donald L. Smith III, president; American International Shipping Co., Parlin, N.J., Parveen K. Sharma, captain; Aimpacific Services, El Monte, Calif., Gary Kong, chief operation officer; Hua Lian Fa Logistics, El Monte, Calif., Ray Dumandan, COO; Master Global Logistics, Los Angeles, Frank Leung, president; Taino Express Cargo, Miami, Ivan L. Montero, president; Online Shipping Advisors, Lakewood, Calif., Carlos Gonzales, corporate officer; Concatt Enterprises, Laurence Harbor, N.J., Xiagian Zhang, president; SHJ International Express, Monterey Park, Calif., David Loo, president; Welley Shipping USA, City of Industry, Calif., Zang Jing, vice president; Tamarind Consolidated and Associates, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Ralph Nazario, president; and Gunter Shipping, Brooklyn, N.Y., Joseph A. Gunter, president.
The FMC received three NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications. They include Zust Bachmeier International, Humble, Texas, George A. Abreu, president; Apparel Logistics, Miami, Manuel A. Lescano, president; and World Wide Relocation, Elgin, Ill., Chris Baillie, managing director.
The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Sun Ocean Lines, Miramar, Fla., Michael Enriquez, president.

Logistics Corp., Miami; Daily Freight Cargo Corp., Miami; Fredonia, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; Marina Ocean Air International, South San Francisco; New World Import Services, Miami; Pan-American Shipping Co., Meraux, La.; Patriot Container Lines, Hartford, Conn.; Schroff International Transport, Valley Stream, N.Y.; Tiger Distribution Corp., Anaheim, Calif.; and United Transport Trankcontainers, Houston.
