The software and freight forwarding logistics provider’s acquisition of Singapore-based freight forwarding and consulting company LOGIS Consolidators is expected to be completed within the next several weeks.
Freight forwarding software platform provider Get GO Global (GO) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent equity interest in Singapore-based freight forwarding and consulting company LOGIS Consolidators.

“Advanced platforms such as GO offer logistics service providers and shippers greater solutions flexibility and improve service response times for end-users,” said corporate advisory firm Logistics Executive Group, which is overseeing the acquisition.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next several weeks, however, financial details were not disclosed.
