PROLOGIS LEASES MILAN HUB TO EUROPEAN LOGISTICS PROVIDER
ProLogis, a provider of distribution services and facilities, said it has leased a 217,527-square-foot distribution center in Milan to Piacenza Logistica, a European logistics company, for 12 years.
The facility, at ProLogis Park Piacenza, will serve as the hub of Piacenza Logistica’s operations. The leasing party has its headquarters in Piacenza, and serves several companies adjacent to the park.
“Milan, the economic capital of Italy, is quickly becoming a key hub of distribution activities due to its prime location between Western Europe and Mediterranean Europe,” said Ranald Hahn, senior vice president of ProLogis.
