CSX WORLD TERMINALS SIGNS CONTRACT WITH PORT OF YANTAI
CSX World Terminals LCC said Wednesday it has signed a joint venture contract with the Yantai Port Authority to operate a new terminal in Yantai, in China’s Shandong Province.
CSX World Terminals Yantai Co. Ltd. will be a 50-50 venture between CSX World Terminals and the Yantai Port Authority.
Under terms of the agreement, CSX World Terminals will manage the terminal facility, completed in 2002, as well as provide global marketing and sales services.
CSX World Terminals LLC, based in Charlotte, N.C., operates terminals in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and the United States,
