AMAZON LINE SOLD TO INVESTOR GROUP

Amazon Line has been sold to a group of investors from the Netherlands
and North America.

Terms and the identities of the new owners were not disclosed.

The company said the line will be managed from Miami and American Agency
LLC will remain general agents.

Amazon’s sister company, Di Gregorio Navegacao, suspended operation
last<BR> week after encountering financial problems.
