SCHENKER OPENS LOGISTICS CENTER IN ESTONIA
Schenker’s Estonian subsidiary, AS Schenker-BTL, has opened a logistics center in Moigo, near Tallinn, Estonia.
The logistics center for the Baltic countries provides about 4,000 square meters of space for a variety of customer-specific logistics services.
With this new logistics center in operation, Schenker said that it has completed its own logistics network in the Baltic countries. Recently a terminal with 1,400 square meters of logistics space was opened in Tartu, Estonia. Earlier this year a 4,000-square-meter logistics center started to operate in Vilna, Lithuania.
Schenker has about 270 employees at nine locations in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
