Exel buys Chilean logistics firm
Global third-party logistics provider Exel acquired Bodenor S.A., a small logistics company in Chile. Bodenor has net assets of less than $1 million.
U.K.-based Exel, which operates a warehouse and an aerosol storage facility in Santiago for SC Johnson, said the move helps it provide a regional solution for Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Bodenor serves 40 customers from two warehouses in Chile’s capital.
