CONTERM ADDS DIRECT SERVICE FROM MIAMI
Conterm Consolidation Services, a neutral non-vessel-operating common carrier subsidiary of the NACA Logistics Group, has started direct consolidation services from Miami to Hong Kong and London.
Conterm has offered service between these points before, but the previous service routed Miami cargo up to Atlanta for consolidation, and then out to the ports for loading.
“We believe that the market is supporting a direct service for these destinations because, in the long run, it increases reliability and reduces handling,” said Jeff Lee, vice president of sales for Conterm.
