FMC to review 16 license applications from intermediaries

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Trinbago Express Shipping Services, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Keith Miller, president); Elite International Logistics, Compton, Calif. (Ouk Jin Lee, president); CMS Logistics, Cerritos, Calif. (Jae Woo Chang, president); Braid America, Houston, Texas (Terrance J. Hatton, vice president); Beyond Shipping, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Yilin Yang, president); American Logistics Network, Montvale, N.J. (Raymond P. Ebeling, president); AFE International Group, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Hung-Cheung Leung, president); J.C.C. Trans, Jamaica, N.Y. (Sung Soo Hong, president); and Jason Express, Inglewood, Calif. (Jason Liu, president).

   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Flash Forwarding, Lynbrook, N.Y. (JoAnn Veiss, president); PR Logistics Corp., Catano, Puerto Rico (Ariel Rodriguez, president); Krown Logistics, Miami (Fernando S. Cassingena, general managing member); and Cargo Agents, Floral Park, N.Y. (Bonnie Sheehan, president).

   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Champion Cargo Services, Spring Valley, Calif. (Leonardo T. Padilla, general manager); Express Solutions International, Baltimore (Christopher Taylor, chief executive officer); and Hual North America, Jericho, N.Y. (James Butcher, president).
