DHL Global Forwarding introduced today its free LifeTrack mobile application, which provides users with access to the company’s proprietary online cold chain tracking and management platform LifeTrack.
The platform provides customers in the life sciences and healthcare industry with an overview of their shipments, alerts regarding any in-transit issues and immediate support through 24/7 access to cold chain experts, DHL said.
The mobile app. is available for iOS and Android systems.
DHL’s customers who utilize the DHL Thermonet and LifeConex services can access the app. with their same credentials as the web browser version.
DHL Global Forwarding has launched other mobile solutions in recent years including DHL ActiveTracing, which allows users to track and trace groupage shipments; and the Cargo Mobile Tracking app, which allows users to trace sea and airfreight shipments.
