PORT OF PASCAGOULA NAMES QUESADA MANAGER OF TRADE DEVELOPMENT
Capt. Rafael Quesada will join the Port of Pascagoula as manager of trade development, effective July 8.
Quesada will be based in Miami, where he will pursue trade development opportunities with Latin America for the Mississippi port.
Mark McAndrews, port director, said Quesada has experience in sales and marketing, market development, logistics and cargo operations.
