Qantas to start San Francisco/Sydney flights
Australian airline Qantas Airways will start three weekly flights between Sydney and San Francisco, from the end of March.
The San Francisco/Sydney route will use Boeing 747-400 aircraft departing from San Francisco at 11 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays arriving in Sydney at 6:35 a.m. two days later. Return flights will depart Sydney at 1:25 p.m. and arrive at San Francisco 9:45 a.m. the same day.
Qantas said it will add Vancouver, Canada to the service during the summer peak season.
