ASIA/EUROPE CARRIERS CANCEL CAPACITY MANAGEMENT MEETING
Senior shipping line executives of the Far Eastern Freight Conference have canceled a meeting scheduled for Thursday in Shanghai to discuss a vessel capacity removal program.
The meeting has been postponed because of the current difficulties of international air transport, and will be rescheduled as soon as possible, the conference said.
The Transpacific Stabilization Agreement, a discussion agreement that comprises many of the carriers and executives of the Far Eastern Freight Conference, has also canceled its meeting this week in Shanghai.
