Trailer Bridge again delays publication of 2003 results

Trailer Bridge, the U.S. mainland/Puerto Rico carrier, has delayed again the filing of its form 10-K annual results for 2003, saying it now expects to publish the results “as soon as practicable.”

On March 31, the Nasdaq-listed company notified the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it expected to file its results late, April 14, but it has since missed this deadline.

The company is “obtaining information related to certain contingencies, including the refinancing of the company’s revolving credit facility,” Trailer Bridge said in a statement dated Wednesday.

Trailer Bridge said it also expects to report a net profit for the first quarter of this year, its first profitable quarter in more than three years.
