DOTÆs Shane to speak at Jacksonville Maritime Day
Jeff Shane, U.S. Department of Transportation undersecretary for policy who is leading efforts to develop a public-private 'framework' for a broad national freight policy, will speak at Maritime Day ceremonies May 24 at the Port of Jacksonville.
