Visteon dumps Vastera
Vastera will lose a major customer at the end of the year when its contract to provide global trade management services for Visteon expires.
Vastera said it expects to do $6 million in business with Visteon, a top-tier supplier of automotive systems to many vehicle manufacturers, in 2004.
Vastera provides software, consulting and outsourced services to help companies comply with import/export regulations around the world in a way that minimizes costs and shipping delays.
