Port of Houston names key executives

The Port of Houston said Executive Director Len Waterworth has reorganized the agency to “enhance efficiencies, drive higher profitability and ensure greater accountability.”
Three deputy executive directors have been named to head the operations, finance and administration, and corporate affair divisions.
   They are:

  • Roger Guenther, formerly vice president of container terminals, to head of the new operations division.
  • Tom Heidt, formerly vice president for finance and administration, who will retain stewardship of those functions and also oversee other staff support groups.
  • Phyllis Saathoff will head the division of corporate affairs. She joined the agency in October.

They will be supported by the legal division, headed by General Counsel Erik Eriksson. – Chris Dupin
