HAPAG-LLOYD’S PARENT GROUP CHANGES ITS NAME
Preussag AG, the parent company of Hapag-Lloyd, has changed its name to TUI AG.
TUI is the brand used for the tourism business of the German group, now its dominant activity.
The new corporate name was approved by hareholders at an annual general meeting.
