NYK appoints agents in Black Sea area
NYK Line has appointed three agents in the Black Sea area, effective Sept. 1.
Its agent in Varna, Bulgaria, will be Transterra Logistics (Bulgaria) Ltd. In Constanza, Romania, the Japanese shipping line will be represented by Transterra Logistics (Romania) Ltd. In Ilyichevsk and Odessa, Ukraine, the company’s new agent is Black Sea Shipping Service Ltd.
NYK said trade in the Black Sea region is increasing. The carrier will offer transshipment links to and from the Black Sea ports on its main Far East/Europe liner services via the feeder port of Damietta, Egypt.
