P&O NEDLLOYD LAUNCHES SUITE OF ONLINE SERVICES
P&O Nedlloyd, a shipping line and logistics provider, said Thursday it has released a range of online services, including booking and shipping instruction screens and upgraded printing facilities for bills of lading.
Other new services include delivering bills by e-mail, a tool that allows customers to track and trace without logging onto the Web, and an e-commerce hub for all activity with the carrier.
The applications in the new suite of services can be used independently or as part of a package, said Gill Samuel, a P&O Nedlloyd spokesperson.
P&O Nedlloyd is a 50-50 joint venture between Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co. and Royal Nedlloyd NV.
