UNITED PLANS WASHINGTON/LATIN AMERICA SERVICES

   United Airlines said Friday it plans to begin daily non-stop service to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Sao Paulo, Brazil, from the carrier's U.S. East Coast hub Washington Dulles International Airport.

   The new flights, scheduled to start Oct. 29, will use Boeing 767-300 aircraft.

   United has provided daily service to Mexico City from Dulles.
