Seaboard revises direct Philadelphia/Caribbean link
Seaboard Marine has moved the weekly departure day of its direct Philadelphia/Caribbean service to Haiti, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
Seaboard vessels now depart Philadelphia on Wednesdays and arrive at Port au Prince, Haiti on Tuesday, Kingston, Jamaica on Wednesday, and Boca Chica and Rio Haina, Dominican Republic on Friday.
“Changing our Philadelphia sailing and arrival dates to Wednesday will allow our customers to more quickly receive their import cargo”, said Dennis Bogusz, vice president, Northeast service. He said customers will have fewer traffic delays, and that clearance time at the port should improve.
