ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY SHIPPERS TO MEET WITH COMMERCE OFFICIALS

The Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee will hold a meeting with U.S. Commerce Department in Washington on Feb. 8.

During the morning, the committee will listen to reports on trade and environmental issues, including those associated with the U.S.-Jordan and U.S.-Singapore free trade agreements and the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas.

The committee was created in 1994 to advise the U.S. government on policies and programs to expand U.S. exports of environmental products and services.
