UPS appoints managing director of UPS Korea, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol names cargo head, the National Retail Federation (NRF) appoints NRF Foundation president, and United Properties picks asset management vice president.
UPS has appointed Harrison Park managing director of UPS Korea, succeeding J.K. Rha, who retired after 28 years with the company. Park joined UPS 22 years ago and has held a number of management roles with increasing responsibility. He was most recently country gateway manager in South Korea until late 2017, when he took a special assignment at UPS’s Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore.
Bart Pouwels will become head of cargo at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, effective April 1. He was most recently the airport’s director of business development for cargo. Pouwels joined the airport in 2008 after nearly 20 years with Jet Services and DHL.
The National Retail Federation (NRF) has named Ellen Davis president of the NRF Foundation. She was most recently the foundation’s executive director. The foundation is the NRF’s philanthropic arm. Davis will also continue to serve as NRF’s senior vice president for research and strategic initiatives.
Commercial real estate developer United Properties has promoted Jamie Pollock to senior vice president of asset management. He joined United Properties 11 years ago, and oversees a portfolio that includes both retail and industrial properties in Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois. Before that, he worked for Buell & Co. in Denver.
