U.S./VENEZUELA/BRAZIL SERVICE SWITCHES TERMINAL IN
PHILADELPHIA

   The joint container service of Crowley American Transport, APL, Evergreen and Lykes Lines connecting the U.S. East Coast to ports in Venezuela and the its East Coast of South America will switch its terminal in Philadephia, effective Jan. 1. The weekly service will move to the Holt Packer Avenue Marine Terminal.

   The service currently calls at New York, Philadelphia, Norfolk, Charleston, Jacksonville and Miami in the U.S.

   Holt Cargo Systems said that it expects to increase throughput at the Packer Avenue terminal by about 20,000 containers a year.
