New joint multipurpose service in U.S./Australia/New Zealand trade
Multipurpose shipping companies BBC Chartering & Logistic, of Germany, and Clipper Elite Carriers, based in Copenhagen, have notified the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission of a joint service agreement.
Under the “APS joint service agreement,” BBC Chartering & Logistic and Clipper will establish a service between U.S. ports and ports in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Last November, Clipper and BBC Chartering & Logistic said they had decided to establish a joint sales and marketing office in the Far East, under the name of Asia Project Chartering.
