EXEL ACQUIRES AUSTRIAN AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER
Exel has acquired All Cargo Logistics, an Austrian air freight forwarder. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ACL has operated through three sites in Vienna, Linz and Innsbruck, providing services in consumer products, foodstuffs and general manufacturing.
“We have worked for a number of years with the high-quality team at ACL,” said Mick Fountain, chief executive of Exel’s technology and global freight management division. “As part of the wider Exel business, they can leverage their strong customer relationships and accelerate Exel’s growth in the region.”
