FMC reviews OTI application, revokes 4 licenses
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will consider the non-vessel-operating common carrier and ocean freight forwarder license application of Miami-based Full Package Logistics (Manuel A. Lescano, president).
Persons knowing of any reason why this applicant should not receive an ocean transportation intermediary license are asked to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
The agency also revoked four OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds: CSI Cargo System Air and Sea in Jamaica, N.Y.; Godwin Shipping Co. of Mobile, Ala.; Uniworld Cargo Shipping Lines, North Bergen, N.J.; and Worldserv Transport Corp. of Garden Grove, Calif.
