LG Electronics leases warehouse near Atlanta
LG Electronics USA Inc., the North American subsidiary of the South Korean maker of consumer electronics, appliances and mobile communications, has leased a 612,000-square-foot warehouse from ProLogis outside Atlanta.
The building at ProLogis Park Greenwood, an industrial park 25 miles southeast of downtown Atlanta, will be a distribution center for customers in the Southeast.
LG Electronics now rents more than 2 million square feet from ProLogis. In February it leased a 750,000-square-foot warehouse from ProLogis in South Brunswick, N.J. for use as its primary Northeast distribution center.
