Freightliner takes delivery of all-new box handling equipment fleet
Freightliner, the United Kingdom’s largest haulier of maritime containers, Friday said it has taken delivery of '6 million ($10.8 million) in new box handling equipment.
A fleet of 27 laden reach stackers, empty lifters and internal movement vehicles will replace existing equipment across the logistic operator’s network of rail/freight interchanges at Freightliner’s sites in Birmingham, Cardiff, Cleveland, Coatbridge, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
