Arzoon buys assets of Vigilance, Inc.
Arzoon, Inc, a provider of supply chain management software, has acquired the assets of Vigilance, Inc., a provider of process management technology.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
'Real-time exception management capabilities have become a critical component to proactively managing events that can affect the bottom line in the supply chain,' said Bill Sickler, chief executive officer and president of Arzoon, based in San Mateo, Calif.
Sickler said the acquisition of Vigilance will allow Arzoon's LIFE platform application to be used in combination with Vigilance's real-time exception management software.
The Vigilance software will be marketed both as an optional module of Arzoon LIFE and as a stand-alone project.
