Alliance partners start Asia/Middle East service
CKYH alliance partners COSCO Container Lines, “K” Line and Hanjin Shipping will in October start a joint weekly service linking South China with the Middle East.
The South China Middle East Express-SMX will use four ships of about 2,000 TEUs with COSCO providing two vessels and “K” Line and Hanjin Shipping one each. The intended port rotation is: Kaohsiung; Hong Kong; Yantian; Singapore; Dubai, Port Rashid; Bandar Abbas; Singapore; and back to Kaohsiung.
