KUEHNE & NAGEL RESHUFFLES MANAGEMENT
The Kuehne & Nagel group has finalized the previously-announced
restructuring of its senior management.
Effective July 1, Klaus Herms is the group’s new chief executive
officer. The other senior management members are: Gerardus van Kersteren, in charge of
finance; Reinhard Lange, responsible for forwarding and logistics; Axel Hansen,
responsible for legal matters; Klaus-Dieter Pietsch, responsible for human resources and
quality management; Thomas Engel; responsible for information technology; and Hans Peter
Kostan, responsible for sales and marketing.
Klaus-Michael Kuehne has stepped down as chief executive officer to
become executive chairman of the group.
