Maersk Sealand, Hamburg Sud cooperate between North Europe/Turkey
Maersk Sealand and Hamburg Sud will merge two of their weekly services between North Europe and Turkey into one service from April.
The new “Northern Route” service will start with the departure of “Maersk Brisbane” from Gothenburg April 13. The full rotation of the service will be Gothenburg, Aarhus, Bremerhaven, Felixstowe, Antwerp, Gioia Tauro, Ambarli, Istanbul, Izmir, Gioia Tauro, Felixstowe, Bremerhaven and back to Gothenburg.
Hamburg Sud’s subsidiary Ellerman will also take space on the service.
