CSX INTERMODAL PROMOTES EXECUTIVES
CSX Intermodal, the Jacksonville, Fla.-based provider of North American rail intermodal and trucking operations, has promoted Joseph P. Pirozzi to assistant vice president, North American domestic sales, and Fred E. Weber to director of sales, Western region.
Pirozzi, a 25-year transportation industry veteran, was assistant vice president, eastern domestic sales. Prior to joining CSXI in 1988, he was assistant general manager, intermodal sales, for Southern Pacific.
Weber, a senior account executive, joined CSXI in 1989 as regional sales manager, western region. Prior to joining the company he was a regional sales manager for P*I*E Nationwide.
CSXI is a unit of CSX Corp., based in Richmond, Va.
