YANG MING, EVERGREEN ADD CHINA/HONG KONG/TAIWAN LINK
Yang Ming and fellow Taiwanese carrier Evergreen will start a joint mainland China/Hong Kong/Philippines/Taiwan container service in early April.
The new operation will replace Yang Ming’s Taiwan/Philippines TPX service, which will be stopped.
Yang Ming said that the joint weekly HBP service with Evergreen will use three ships of 960 TEU capacity and call at Xingang, Dalian, Hong Kong, Manila, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Ningbo and Xingang.
At the same time, Yi-Tong Maritime will sub-charter 200 slots from Yang Ming on each sailing of the service.
