The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier application from Agape Shipping Network, Pasadena, Calif. (Tina Lee, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from International Master Group, Doral, Fla. (Jorge E. Morejon, member); New Transport USA, Miami, Fla. (Maria D. Hurtado, manager); and Ruby Shipping USA, Houston, Texas (Barbara C. Mozie, director).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder licence applications from Consign World Wide Transport, Miami, Fla. (Sonia E. Rullier, member); and Relomark, Leesburg, Va. (Daisy E. Casares, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from APL Logistics International Services, Scottsdale, Ariz. (William K. Villalon, president); Globe Express Service, Charlotte, N.C. (Tiffany Sessoms, senior pricing manager); LF Freight (USA), Jamaica, N.Y. (Matthew R. Haffner, vice president); and Seafair International Logistics, Monterey Park, Calif. (William Yang, vice president); for transfers to Neway Forwarding Co. from Eugene Kim, Brea, Calif. (Eugene Kim, chief executive officer); and Sojtiz Logistics Corp. of America from Met Logistics, Itasca, Ill. (Timothy Campbell, president); and for a name change from LLK Logistics USA, Jamaica, N.Y. (Metin Nerkis, president) to Compass Logistics Int’l.
