Neelie Kroes has resigned as a non-executive director of the board of Royal P&O Nedlloyd, following her nomination as a European commissioner
Kroes has been a board member of Royal Nedlloyd NV and Royal P&O Nedlloyd NV, for 13 years.
Royal P&O Nedlloyd trades as P&O Nedlloyd.
