BRENNAN TO HOLD ANOTHER ROUND OF TSA-RELATED HEARINGS
U.S. Federal Maritime Commissioner Joseph E. Brennan has scheduled another round of hearings concerning practices of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement liner carrier members during the 2002-2003 service contract season.
During the hearings, scheduled for Jan. 14-16 at the FMC’s Washington headquarters, Brennan will take testimony under oath and receive documents in evidence as appropriate.
“The confidential hearings will be conducted in closed, non-public sessions as authorized by the fact finding order (investigation no. 25),” Brennan said.
