COSCO ADDS YANTIAN, DROPS NAGOYA FROM PACIFIC LINKS
China Ocean Shipping Co. is changing port rotations on two of its weekly transpacific services. From later this month, Yantian is being added to the SEA service, while Nagoya is dropped as a direct call on the CES service.
The CES service uses five 3,400-TEU vessels and will now call at Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Kobe, Long Beach, Oakland, Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai and Kobe. Hanjin Shipping, Senator Lines, “K” Line and Yang Ming Marine all take space on the CES service.
The SEA service employs five 5,446-TEU ships and the revised port rotation is Chiwan; Hong Kong; Yantian; Yokohama; Long Beach; Seattle; Vancouver, B.C.; Yokohama; Kobe; Chiwan; Hong Kong and Yantian. “K” Line has space on the SEA service.
