CN, IBEW sign four-year collective agreement
Canadian National Railway Co. said Thursday it has ratified a four-year collective agreement with members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
The IBEW represents 644 union members who maintain and repair CN’s signals and communications systems across Canada.
CN said the new contract, retroactive to Jan. 1, 2004, provides improvements in IBEW members’ salaries and benefits.
