CANADIAN WESTBOUND CONFERENCES REAFFIRM RATE HIKES
Member lines of the Canadian Westbound Conferences said they will implement a previously announced general rate increase of $60 per 20-foot container and $100 per 40-footer, effective Jan. 1.
The increase follows rate increases of the same amount implemented Oct. 1.
Member lines of the conferences are Atlantic Container Line, Canada Maritime Ltd., Cast Group Services Ltd., Hapag-Lloyd Container Linie GmbH, and Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd.
