Congo gains AGOA eligibility
The U.S. government said merchandise, other than textiles and apparel, from the Democratic Republic of Congo is eligible to receive trade benefits under the 2000 African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).
AGOA provides trade benefits to qualified countries of sub-Saharan Africa to promote increased trade and investment with the United States.
